At AIDS Programs South Saskatchewan (APSS), we do all we can to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS and HCV among people living in Southern Saskatchewan. We also support people with HIV/AIDS by empowering, informing and improving the lives of HIV positive people.
APSS depends on the support of individuals and the community to help make up gaps in funding and provide essential harm reduction and support programs and services.
For example, our Client Care program relies on donations from the community to provide support and services to over 145 HIV positive individuals in Regina and southern Saskatchewan. Your contribution helps us stop the spread of HIV/AIDS and Hep C, provide HIV & Hep C prevention and harm reduction education, counselling, nutritional needs, transportation to HIV-related appointments, the opportunity to sit down over coffee and talk about the client's care plan and other concerns, as well as covering costs for medications not covered by Saskatchewan Health.
We appreciate your support!
